Associate Consultant
As a recent graduate, you will work alongside our local and international customers to help them develop and implement their strategic orientations and solve their most complex problems. You'll play an active, key role in our project teams, while benefiting from the support and supervision of our project managers.

Consultant
After 2 years' experience either with Axley Bankers, a bank or a consulting firm, you will interact constantly with the project manager, making an essential contribution to the smooth running of the assignment and leading the process of solving the problem posed.

Managing Consultant
As the guarantor of the smooth running of the mission, you will manage the project work and maintain ongoing dialogue with the customer. You provide Axley Bankers' know-how and mobilize its internal resources for the benefit of the assignment.
Three years' experience at Axley Bankers are required to become a Project Manager.

Principal
You can move up to the role of Project Manager as soon as you've been with Axley Bankers for five years - depending on your background, both at Axley Bankers and previously - and you'll be assigned to a business practice. From now on, you'll be supervising the progress of several assignments, in the field of sectoral or functional skills.
