Axley Bankers is a consulting firm founded in Paris in 2010 by a team of senior bankers and strategy and management consultants.
We support our customers as part of a comprehensive approach to strengthening strategy, risk management, operational excellence, digitalization and organization.
We offer all our products and services across 3 continents (Africa, the Middle East, Europe, as well as certain Asia-Pacific markets such as Uzbekistan and Thailand).
Continuous growth since its creation
Since 2010, Axley Bankers has pursued its development and growth strategy with the creation of its subsidiary Axley Risk Solutions®, offering complementary software solutions combining Risk Analytics tools (scoring, rating) and tools for calculating ECL economic provisions in accordance with international standards (IFRS 9, Basel III).
In April 2019, Axley Bankers will be joining forces with TNP Partners London to strengthen its strategic banking consultancy offering in the French-speaking Africa region and become a leading player in the Banking, Finance and Insurance consultancy segment.
In December 2022, the Axley Bankers Group reached a new milestone with the opening of its West African office in Dakar, Senegal, “Axley Bankers Sénégal SARL”.
In 2023, Axley Bankers opens an office in Beirut to cover the Middle East “Axley Bankers M.E SARL”. and expand into capital markets and asset management.
In the same year, the Group restructured all its banking consulting entities, formerly known as Amanah Bankers, to become Axley Bankers.
Activities relating to corporate finance, M&A and debt structuring are assigned to and managed by Axley Partners Ltd. in London.
